"Azumanga Daioh" is definitely one of the most unique animes I've ever come across. It's a show about nothing and everything... completely weird, but's it's really good. Seeing pictures from it before seeing it made me think it was going to be stupid, but guess I was wrong there XD.
Sakaki is without a doubt my favorite character. Dunno why, she's just cool. Chiyo is cool too,m but I don't think she ranks anywhere with my favorite ones though. My second favorite character would probably be Kasuga, aka Osaka.
