meh first Horton Hears a Who fanart! :D whoooooo, finally. and I'm really happy with it. After practice-drawing the mayor about 467304985602345 times, I finally got used to the style XD. Jojo was a little trickier, but I eventually got him to where I was happy enough.

I kept the sketchy-ness and then colored it really suckily in photoshop.

I wanna make a few suggestions for you. (Positive comments only)
1. You made the mayor's hair too short, don't be afraid to exaggerate on it - it's better to be too long rather than too short. :)
2. Be careful when drawing Jojo - He has no white fur around his neck. Also the nose looks kinda large... no offense, but it should really be a bit smaller. Otherwise, good work! ;)
