Okay, so I've really wanted to do one of these progress things for while, and I've always wanted to do this particular drawing. LOL took forever for me to finally do it, BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT. LIKE. I'VE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER WITH MYSELF DLFKJA;SDLFJS;. I mean, I knew I'd improved over the years, but seeing something it displayed side by side like this is just amazing to me. ABSOLUTELY MIND BOGGLING.
And yeah, for people who haven't been with me for that long, these are pictures of Lightning, Mater, and Sally from Cars, just all humanized lololol. All my design, toooooo. I still love them a lot ): AND YEAHHHHH, I did say I always wanted to redo this picture, buuuuut, finally did it mostly because of the excitement I'm feelin' for the sequel coming out soon. LOL ACTUALLY, it's really kind of awesome to me that I drew the first one before the the first Cars came out because I was so excited to see it, and I drew this new one within five days of the first, for the exact same reason. IT'S JUST LIKE. REALLY AWESOME FANGIRL TIME TRAVEL OR SOMETHING LSDJKHAFLKSDJ.
I think myself from five years ago would be proud of me knowing that all these years later I'd still love this movie so much and just as excited for the sequel as I was for the first. B'AWWW.
